Grounds Committee:

Duties: 

• Report Issues – Let us know about any maintenance or grounds-related problems you notice around the community. 

• Lend a Hand – If you see a simple mess or small cleanup task, feel free to take care of it when you can. 

• Make Suggestions – Share ideas or improvements that could enhance our outdoor spaces and overall community appearance.

Grounds Crew Schedule: 

• Landscaper

  • Tuesday: move trash/recycling bins, pick up trash, doggie stations, general landscaping.

• Awesome Cleaning Lady (Sasha)

  • Wednesday evening around 5pm or 6pm: Move trash/recycling bins, clean clubhouse.

  • Friday evening around 5pm or 6pm: Pick up trash, organize pool chairs, doggie stations.

  • Sasha lives right by River's Edge and she actually comes almost daily just to check. So if you have one off urgent issue, please let me know and she will take care of it. 

• Pool Vacuum –Friday early morning around 8am
