We understand that every dollar you contribute to our Homeowners Association is an investment in our community's well-being. That's why our board manages these funds with the same care and diligence as we would our own.

Since last year, we've undertaken several initiatives to ensure your contributions are used effectively and transparently:

Unfortunately for us - most of this saving is offset by the increase in insurance premium, and therefore, we still have to raise HOA fees to replenish the reserve.
